Staff was friendly and answered my questions. The one star is for my car battery installation. I came here to get my battery replaced and a week later the car doesn’t start. My mechanic tells me the battery was just thrown in and running on low voltage. He had to tighten loose screws and replace the starter.

They had everything I needed and lots more.

Rather disorganized based on my transaction. I searched a specific battery, purchased online for same day store pickup. Website showed item in stock, in spite of this, it wasn't. I drove all the way to the store (48 miles one way) to be told that not only was it not in stock, it was a "special order" and wouldn't be ordered until the financial transaction was finalized. To top it off, this is Saturday and apparently no one else besides the manager ( who is off til Monday) can order it. So, long story short, I have $350 worth of credit tied up for a battery that's yet to be ordered and no actual ETA. I'm really wishing I had just bought the Odyssey battery at Walmart for $20 more dollars. I fully expect for this to have additional problems before I finally,likely end up with a refund rather than a battery.

Excellent place to get help, especially with odd items. I have a rechargeable laser light and the battery was low and I had lost the charger. Showed it to the man that helped me and he knew instantly what I needed, I got and extra battery and a charger. I recommend these people highly.

From the moment I walked in there was nothing but superior service. The employee that waited on me was very professional and courteous. He gave me a time and said he would call so I could pick up my phone that he was putting a battery in. He promptly called within the time frame! I was impressed. He had a wonderful personality!!
